Arancha Barrasa is a dedicated education professional originally from Spain, whose international background and leadership experience bring a truly global perspective to education. Having lived and worked in different countries around the world, she is fluent in Spanish, French, and English, enabling her to connect with diverse school communities and families.
With 7 previous years of experience in Belgium, she served as Head of Primary and EYFS at an international school in Brussels, where she played a key role in shaping high-quality learning environments and supporting both staff and students. Her leadership approach is grounded in collaboration, inclusion, and a deep commitment to nurturing young learners.
She believes that every child is unique and deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. Guided by this philosophy, she works to create supportive, engaging, and inspiring educational experiences that encourage each child to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
