INSPECTION REPORTS
Following a NABSS re-authorisation visit on the 23rd of April 2021, we were delighted to receive the inspection report. The inspection team commented on the many strengths of the school noting that “Laude San Pedro is a beautiful and spacious school with well-kept grounds used to enhance learning and promote a sense of well-being”.
Across the school “the curriculum … is clearly based on the early years foundation stage framework and the national curriculum and is broad and balanced. At GCSE and A level there is a wide range of subject choices including performing arts, food technology, art, Chinese, German and computing”. This allows the team to ensure that students have excellent access to universities in Spain, the UK and around the world.
Most importantly, the inspectors noted that “each subject is taught at a high level and the students achieve either in line with or above UK averages, showing the good quality of provision made. The quality of teaching and learning in the school is good, with many examples of outstanding teaching.
The level of English in the school is excellent and behaviour is good”.
We were delighted to know that the students also commented that “they felt the school is preparing them to be able to lead both happy and successful lives”.
