Get in touch to book a school visit or arrange a virtual call, especially if you are currently living abroad. You can also complete the admissions form on our website and submit the required documents (academic transcripts, ID/passport, photos, etc.).
School tour or virtual tour
This is an opportunity for us to meet you and your child and understand your child’s interests and needs. We will walk you through our curriculum and show you our facilities, giving you a feel for our learning environment.
Assessment or taster day
We may review your child’s previous school reports (if applicable) and arrange placement assessments if needed. Your child may also be invited to a taster day to experience school life and become part of our community.
Review and decision
Our admissions and academic teams carefully review all information, including academic history, assessment results and interviews, to ensure the best fit. We will then share the outcome with your family.
Acceptance
If your application is successful, you will receive a written offer. We will hold your child’s place for a set period (typically 3 to 5 days) while you complete the registration process.

Families can begin the admissions process by submitting an enquiry through the school website or contacting the admissions team. After an initial conversation, families are invited to visit the campus and submit an application form with the required documents.

Yes. Most applicants complete an age-appropriate assessment or interview to help the school understand their academic level and language ability. This ensures students are placed in the year group and learning pathway that best supports their progress.
Students applying to English-medium programmes are assessed to determine their level of English. If additional support is needed, students may join the Mastering English Pathway (MEP) programme to help them develop the language skills required for academic success.
Yes. Subject to availability, students may join the school during the academic year. The admissions team will help determine the best entry point for each student.
Year placement is usually based on the student’s age and previous schooling. Academic records and assessments are also considered to ensure the placement supports the student’s learning and wellbeing.
Yes. The school welcomes families relocating to the Costa del Sol and supports international students transitioning from different education systems.

New students receive support from teachers, tutors and the pastoral team to help them settle quickly into school life. Orientation activities help them become familiar with the school environment and meet classmates.
