Tom Douch is an experienced international school leader, with more than a decade of senior leadership experience across the UK, China, Qatar and the UAE. He holds the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) and a Master's degree in International Education from King's College London.

Before joining Laude San Pedro, he was Head of Secondary at Nord Anglia International School Dubai, where he led a period of significant growth, including the school's first KHDA Outstanding rating.

Tom believes outstanding education combines academic ambition with excellent pastoral care, high expectations and a strong sense of belonging, and is committed to ensuring every student experiences an ambitious, inclusive and internationally minded education.

Arancha Barrasa is a dedicated education professional originally from Spain, whose international background and leadership experience bring a truly global perspective to education. Having lived and worked in different countries around the world, she is fluent in Spanish, French, and English, enabling her to connect with diverse school communities and families.

With 7 previous years of experience in Belgium, she served as Head of Primary and EYFS at an international school in Brussels, where she played a key role in shaping high-quality learning environments and supporting both staff and students. Her leadership approach is grounded in collaboration, inclusion, and a deep commitment to nurturing young learners.

She believes that every child is unique and deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. Guided by this philosophy, she works to create supportive, engaging, and inspiring educational experiences that encourage each child to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Through her expertise, international outlook, and passion for education, she contributes meaningfully to building strong learning communities where children feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Noorul is an accomplished education leader with extensive experience in both British and International Baccalaureate (IB) education. As Head of Secondary at Laude San Pedro International College, he is dedicated to academic excellence, student wellbeing and innovative teaching practices.

A science teacher by profession, specialising in Chemistry, Noorul has over 20 years of experience in education and has held senior leadership positions in the UK, the Netherlands and the UAE, including roles as Vice Principal and Head of School. He holds an MBA in Educational Leadership (Distinction) from Swiss Montreux Business School, alongside advanced leadership qualifications including the NPQH. He is also a Council of International Schools (CIS) Team Leader and an international school inspector with ETIO.

Noorul is particularly passionate about international education and believes in bringing together the academic rigour of the British system with the inquiry-based learning and international-mindedness of the IB, to create a well-rounded, future-ready education for every student.

Alfonso Gómez holds a degree in Philosophy and Educational Sciences and has extensive experience in the field of education. A native of Marbella, he has been part of Laude San Pedro International College for nearly twenty years, where he has spent much of his professional career and has held various coordination and leadership roles for many years.

His in-depth knowledge of the school and its educational community enables him to bring a broad and committed vision to education, combining teaching experience with leadership and management of the ESO and Bachillerato stages. He firmly believes in education as one of the main drivers of progress and in the need to offer pupils an education that goes beyond academic results and prepares them to participate responsibly in a diverse and constantly changing society.

His educational vision is grounded in values such as respect, solidarity and pluralism, and in the conviction that a quality education must help every pupil to overcome their difficulties, develop their abilities, form their own judgements and face the future with responsibility and confidence.
